Raising The Bar
Building the tempo
Smart Worksite Solutions (SWS) is a construction project efficiency maximizer.
A combined solution of a workers’ scheduler, tools check-in/check-out system,
cool down and warm up station and a shuttle service.
On-Site As Needed
Construction projects consist of many phases and different types of tradespeople work in each phase. In general, construction is full of complexity and uncertainty. A systematic workflow, production efficiency, the welfare of workers on the jobsite and cost control can be attained with the help of Smart Worksite Solutions.
Our high-functioning system is effective in resolving construction problems because; workers, processes and organization are considered altogether in our solutions.
What We Do
SWS is based on a simple concept, focusing on the human aspects of project management and considers multiple factors of the project life cycle.
Shuttle Service for Workers
On time arrival at the construction site and/or transport between jobsitesParking space constraints, particularly in urban work sites… | Transport of the workforce |
Long commute to suburbs… | Minimum travel time using HOV lanes |
Tools Check-in/Check-out System
Better accessibility equals higher productivityAccess to unfamiliar and specialty tools… | Optimal sharing of resources to decrease costs |
Missing tools or waiting on the right tools… | Tools available anytime, decreasing lead times |
On-site Cool down/Warm up Resting Stations
Rested workers maximizes alertness and minimizes injury occurrencesPhysically exhausting work, fatigue develops as the work day passes… | Weather controlled resting stations to revive and refresh |
Exposed to extreme heat and frigid winter weather warnings… | On-site shelter for adverse weather conditions causing work interruptions |
Scheduling Software
A great spur to productivity which facilitates Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs)Excavators/Concrete Workers/Framers poor collaboration & scheduling causing delays… | Right workforce scheduled to the job sites when needed |
Unnecessary on-site workers/inactive workers during working hours… | Effective worksite operation |
